Kylie Smolnisky

Kylie Smolnisky – law clerk: Kylie Smolnisky is originally from San Diego, California. She attended San Diego State University, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice. During her time there, Kylie interned with the San Diego County Public Defender’s Office, assisting attorneys and social workers throughout the arraignment process and gaining valuable insight into the criminal justice system.
Currently, Kylie is a 2L at the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law. She has found a new home in Columbia, South Carolina, where she enjoys exploring the local community. Outside of law school, she spends her time attending Soda City Market, trying new restaurants, and searching for the best matcha in town.
