Arielle was born and raised in Port Huron, Michigan. She attended Purdue University in Indiana and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with a double-major in English and Sociology, and a minor in Psychology.

Following college, Arielle moved to South Carolina and pursued her law degree at the Charleston School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor. While attending law school, she spent a summer abroad in The Hauge, Netherlands studying international tribunals and domestic affairs. Her passion for advocacy earned her a position on the Charleston School of Law Trial Advocacy Board and the Moot Court Board where she further received multiple titles, awards, and national recognition as a “Champion Advocate” at the 2018 National Tax Moot Court Competition. Arielle presided over and participated in the Children’s Advocacy and Family Law Society of the Charleston School of Law, was a member of Women in Law, a member of the Honor Council and a Student Ambassador for the Charleston School of Law, is a certified member of the Darkness to Light program in South Carolina, a certified Family Court Guardian ad Litem, is a member of the South Carolina Women’s Law Association and Young Lawyers Division, and is an alumna of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society.

Arielle joined the Shealey Law Firm after practicing several years in domestic relations, learning the intricacies of complex litigation, research, and advocacy. She prides herself in trial work and zealously advocating for her clients both inside and outside of the courtroom. She is licensed to practice law in South Carolina and North Carolina, in both State and Federal Courts. Arielle’s practice at Shealey Law focuses on criminal defense, juvenile defense, personal injury, 1983 claims, and family law, as she now takes her passion for advocacy into the courtroom on a regular basis. When Arielle is not fighting for her clients, she spends her time living in Charleston with her three dogs, getting out on the water, and traveling!
