Jill Abernethy

Jill Abernethy is a native of Columbia, SC and attended Lander University with a degree in psychology. She then earned her paralegal degree from Midlands Technical College. Jill has over twenty-six years of experience in the field of criminal law with a concentration in capital litigation. Jill is a major asset to the firm given her years of service in helping assist in the representation of capital defendants and other major criminal matters.

She assists the firm in client outreach, document management and supports the attorneys in all aspects of trial preparation and in-court litigation.
